Registration
The registration process step by step:
- Book an exhibitor stand by contacting Ida Lindstrom at exhibitor@mtm.se and let us know the amount of space you want to book by using the stand numbers illustrated in your Exhibitor Prospectus and on the Take Part web.
- Ida will send you a link to the registration site where you can complete your registration.
- A confirmation of your registration and an invoice will be sent to you from the company Konferenspoolen – the invoice might be sent at a later date then the confirmation.
- Ida will mail you contact information to the company City Expo, the provider for conference exhibitors. There you can rent furniture, equipment or other services that is not included in the Exhibitor package. City Expo will invoice you for what you are renting and all questions regarding materials for your stand should be taken with City Expo.
