Exhibition Area
We give you high visibility and time with the delegates! The conference offers a high visibility and brand exposure by only having 25 exhibitors. Your presence at the conference will give you the opportunity to develop relationships and grow your business.
The program includes a 30 minute break in the morning and in the afternoon as well as a 90 minute lunch break. Coffee will be served in the Pillar Hall and in the Marble Vault during the breaks, which will make the exhibition areas natural gathering places.

The Pillar Hall
The Pillar Hall is the big exhibition area including the large coffee station. A major part of the delegates will have their coffee in the Pillar Hall which will give you the opportunity to approach the delegates in a natural way. Choose the Pillar Hall if you want to be in the middle of the flow.

The Marble Vault
The Marble Vault is connected to an entrance where conference participants will exit and enter. This exhibition area only have six stands which will give your brand a high visibility. Coffee will also be served in the Marble Vault. Choose the Marble Vault if you want high brand exposure.

Stands
All stands include 2.5 meter high walls in the back and sides which give you plenty of space to expose your brand. You have the possibility to rent furniture, equipment or other services that is not included in the Exhibitor package from City Expo. City Expo will invoice you for what you are renting and all questions regarding the products for your stand will be taken with them.
